Find new customers by reaching out to leads.
Work on establishing and developing a database of potential clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Make business calls to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Explain how our solutions align with their pain points.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
Preparing quotations and agreement contracts for products and services and sending them to our customers and taking an opinion.
Add all sales activities in the company's CRM system and update account information regularly.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and new customers.
Job Requirements
Experience as a Sales Representative from 1:2 year
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent selling, negotiation, Persuasion, and closing skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Experience in telephone business conversations to attract new clients
Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale.
Understand how software products and business processes run.
