Salamtex is a leading manufacturer of lace and warp knit fabrics in the Middle East and North Africa with an international client base covering many of the biggest brands in the industry.

The Sample Room Coordinator must have a very precise and organized character, with an ability to multi-task and manage others.
 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare all samples required by the sales team
• Organize the sample room warehouse to ensure all required sample rolls are available - ordering sample rolls from production in advance in case of shortage in sample meters
• Recording the sample codes by its relative collection on excel sheets
• Sending the order for raw materials to the purchasing department (hangers, headers, paper, catalogues, etc.)
• Preparing the sample catalogues for each collection
• Making sure samples get sent on time
• Organizing the courier shipments to the relevant customers
• Recording all samples sent to each customer in order to always review what has been sent
• Prepare the sample collections for each sales event with all marketing materials
