Job Description

About the job :

  • It's a temporary project ( 3 to 6 months) for a Multinational E-commerce company.
  • Rotational shifts from  8 AM last shift ends by  11 PM
  • Transportation provided after 7PM for females and from meeting points for males during the whole day
  • 2 days off rotational

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Job Requirements

 

  • Can Start Immediately without any commitments for at least 6 months.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Graduates and Gap year can apply.
  • Fluent or Excellent in English Speaker is a must.
  • Candidates needs to be flexible with the work location, they will be initially working from home and later on, they will be working from office.
