Job Description
- Lead all operational functions at Applied Technology Schools (ATS) or Training centers .
- Build alliances and partnerships with related industry organizations.
- Follow Up and achieve School KPIs
- Supervise all ATS or Training centers activities.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
- Oversee budgeting, reporting and planning.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for ATS or Training centers.
- Map contacts partnerships opportunities.
- Supervise purchasing of all ATS or Training centers.
Review compensation points of staff with coordination with Culture transformation supervisor
