Job Description

  • Lead all operational functions at Applied Technology Schools (ATS) or Training centers .
  • Build alliances and partnerships with related industry organizations.
  • Follow Up and achieve School KPIs
  • Supervise all ATS or Training centers activities.
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting and planning.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for ATS or Training centers.
  • Map contacts partnerships opportunities.
  • Supervise purchasing of all ATS or Training centers.

Review compensation points of staff with coordination with Culture transformation supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English (Based on specialization)
  • Ability to plan, organize and carry out action plan.
  • Good knowledge of His filed
  • Leadership and strong management skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize and carry out  presentations.
  • Good organizational and strong communication skills.
  • High problem solving skills and research skills
  • High computer skills, specifically in word office application
  • Time management and team work
