Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting all contracts signed by the company, whether with employees, suppliers or companies, and signing them.
- Review and follow up the renewal of the Commercial Register and the tax card.
- Follow-up procedures for the resignation of employee and the delivery of files and documents.
- Accepting and approving the letters addressed to the government agencies and departments that may be required by the employee from the Human Resources Department.
- Periodic follow-up with the company's lawyers in cases and disputes related to the company.
- Formulating the necessary legal forms needed by the company.
- Investigate employees who violate the Company's policy and establish a memorandum on them and submit them to the Board of Directors for consideration.
- Writing and sending official warnings and letters issued by the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Strong drafting skills (i.e. comfortable drafting legal documents in both English & Arabic).
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Very good in MS Office.
- Experience in the software industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
