Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and drafting all contracts signed by the company, whether with employees, suppliers or companies, and signing them.
  • Review and follow up the renewal of the Commercial Register and the tax card.
  • Follow-up procedures for the resignation of employee and the delivery of files and documents.
  • Accepting and approving the letters addressed to the government agencies and departments that may be required by the employee from the Human Resources Department.
  • Periodic follow-up with the company's lawyers in cases and disputes related to the company.
  • Formulating the necessary legal forms needed by the company.
  • Investigate employees who violate the Company's policy and establish a memorandum on them and submit them to the Board of Directors for consideration.
  • Writing and sending official warnings and letters issued by the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Strong drafting skills (i.e. comfortable drafting legal documents in both English & Arabic).
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Very good in MS Office.
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
