Job Description
- Implementation of food safety and occupational health procedures in production halls.
- Follow up the production processes in the factory and cleanliness and verify their compliance with the standards of quality, safety and occupational health.
- Inspect the raw materials supplied to the factory, ensure the quality of the materials used in manufacturing, and inspect the complete product and verify its compliance with quality standards.
- Follow up and implement forms and instructions for evaluating, assessing, reporting and documenting on quality standards in products or services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, veterinary or agriculture, food industries division, preferably fish farming specializations.
- Al-Obour city resident or near by.
- At least two years experience in the food industry.
- High knowledge of quality management requirements and procedures.
- ISO 2200, HACCP and GMP training certificates are preferable.
