Policies, Processes & Procedures

Develop and implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Ensuring strong organization capabilities.

Establish and deploy quality goals; ensuring strong organization capability; regularly tracking of QA records, data and information to report the reviewing results with leadership and upper management as required.

Conduct quarterly audit to provide assurance and manage risks effectively

Identifying quality risk.

Provide Quality input to teams and initiatives to ensure potential quality risks are identified and addressed early in the

process, review and approve validation protocols and reports.

Conduct awareness sessions to all departments to explain quality assurance role, objective and all the needed info to comply with quality standards and keep process running smoothly.

Day- to-day Operations

Supervises the day-to-day operations of Quality Assurance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement to meet Quality management system (ISO 9001:2015)

Reporting

Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Med-Right and department requirements, policies and standards.
