Main Duties:
- Responsible for Blue Collars/white collars recruitment
- Post vacancies & screen CVs
- Conduct HR interview & arrange for the technical interview
- Negotiate offers with candidates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- HR diploma is a must.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent command with Microsoft Office ( Excel - Word).
- Experience in recruiting blue collars is a plus
- Experience with engineering firms is a plus
