Job Description

Budgeting & Planning

  • Collect annual manpower, training needs and cluster all data in one consolidated budget sheet.
  • Communicate with training vendors annually and get the new training calendars and New Year prices and include in New Year HR budget.
  • Communicate with recruitment agencies/channels and get the New Year prices and include in New Year HR budget.
  • Communicate final approved budget summary to all concerned parties.
  • Communicate the final approved manpower plan number to concerned parties.

On-Boarding Activities

  • Work on implementing the New Year manpower needs to finalize on approved hiring dates.
  • Work on implementing the training and development plan to be finalized on approved dates and within the approved budget.
  • Handle all talent acquisition activities from CV search till job offering phase.
  • Handle all personnel related affairs for new comers starting from receiving the hiring documents, preparing social insurance form1 and communicating with social incurance office, Egyptian labor law and all concerned parties of legally completing the action of adding new employee company insurance, etc
  • Adding all new comer’s data of HRIS system.
  • Align with all concerned parties to finalize new comer’s needed stuff (work station, parking, office, laptop,…etc.
  • Send new On-Boarding announcements for new comers.
  • Maintain employee files in a well archiving manner.
  • prepare monthly payroll changes sheet.
  • Provide HR 1st level support (Receive all employee’s requests/ inquiries and provide all necessary support including(HR letter, HR advice,…etc)
  • Handle all social insurance related affairs including (form1, form2 …etc).
  • Handle any other assigned role by direct manager that relates to Onboarding activities

Off-Boarding Activities:

  • Handle resignation process from resignation request, exit interview till finalizing the clearance form and delivering the settlements to resigned staff.
  • Submit social insurance form 6 to social insurance office.
  • Handle notifying all concerned parties with list of resigned (Medical Insurance-Bank-resignation groups,…etc).
  • Maintain resigned staff files in a well archived manner.
  • Update HRIS system with resignation data.

Any other assigned task related to off boarding activities.
