Assist PM with all communications with various external Stakeholders.
Expedite resolution of pending actions with various external Stakeholders.
Organize project meetings and facilitate actions implementation.
Identify and forecast upcoming project issues and potential hold-ups (source and remedy).
Propose thr required actions and workarounds to release hold up.
Keep track of project issues and flag pending actions.
Expedite resolution of pending actions within ATEC Depts.
Follow up the logistics requirements and share with Logistics Group.
Prepare requirements list for all site needs from petty cash, transport needs, access permits, meals.
Coordinator with ATEC departments to provide the above needs.
Raise any issues or shortages to the PM on urgent basis.
Flag to the PM any foreseen clashes in site activities due to missing documents, permits, approvals.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 5-7 years exp. in project execution, 2 years in project coordination.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Control disciplines).
Technical and business background in electromechanical works.
Practical exposure to project execution processes, preferably medium size EPC Contracts.
Multi-discipline, multi-tasking culture, attitude and performance.
General awareness of key project activities (engineering, procurement and construction).
Discipline, subordination and compliance with communication channels and rules.
