Job Description
Civil Technical Office Engineer is needed.
Location: Cairo, Maadi
Job Description:
- Provide all the required technical documents such as drawings, and instructions for construction team
- Strong background for developing quotations submittals of Architectural finishing works
- Calculate cost for quotations according to the required materials, labor, overheads,..etc
- Prepare Contractual agreements
- Prepare contractor payment requests/clearances
- Review contract documents and advise the Project Manager on technical matters affecting construction and time costs.
- Conduct quantity surveying for all executed work
- Prepare time schedule for executed work versus planed
- Prepare monthly and daily report presenting the current situation of the executed work
- Prepare Shop Drawings if needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 0 to 1 years of experience in technical office on site
- Excellent communication and teamwork skill
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office
