Role Description :
Taager is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities

Job Description:
- Be the primary focal point of contact on our ecommerce platform .
- Help our Merchants through email and phone to make sure their needs are met or exceeded
- Building Rapports with Merchants.
- Providing Stock of Products for the Merchants and Coordinating with other Teams.
- Helping Our Merchants to grow Their Business .
Job Requirements
Candidate Profile
- Must have: Technical
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager (3+ years of experience)
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Must have: Personal
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferable to have:
- Experience in e-commerce industry
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
