Job Description

  • Handle the on-boarding & off-boarding process of new hires & resigned employees.
  • Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.
  • Administrate official paperwork with the social insurance office(s) and track status changes.
  • Communicating HR policies and procedures, labor law and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Supports staff inquires on HR related issues (Time management, policies and procedures, HR letters, statements, employee legislation, etc...)
  • Handle all hiring and termination procedures of employees: (employment offers & contracts, forms, medical insurance procedures, hiring documents, any termination related internal documentation; signed resignations, social security forms # 1, # 6 & # 2).

Job Requirements

Education:

  • BSc in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • 2-3 Years of experience as an HR Generalist mainly handling Personnel, and Employee Relations.
     

Skills:

  • Excellent command of the English language (Written and Spoken).
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
