Job Description
- Handle the on-boarding & off-boarding process of new hires & resigned employees.
- Update and maintain the employees’ personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.
- Administrate official paperwork with the social insurance office(s) and track status changes.
- Communicating HR policies and procedures, labor law and standards to new and existing employees.
- Supports staff inquires on HR related issues (Time management, policies and procedures, HR letters, statements, employee legislation, etc...)
- Handle all hiring and termination procedures of employees: (employment offers & contracts, forms, medical insurance procedures, hiring documents, any termination related internal documentation; signed resignations, social security forms # 1, # 6 & # 2).
Job Requirements
Education:
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- 2-3 Years of experience as an HR Generalist mainly handling Personnel, and Employee Relations.
Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language (Written and Spoken).
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
