Job Description
- Study the tender documents & requirements and prepare tender clarifications.
- Prepare & send RFQs to suppliers and S/Cs, then collect, negotiate & review compliance for received offers.
- Circulate and coordinate tender requirements related to other departments.
- Prepare BOQ breakdown according to BOQ description, drawings, & specifications.
- Finalize commercial and technical files after collecting the needed documents for submission.
- Attend the technical negotiations meeting with the client.
- Prepare the project file for the awarded project.
- Estimate and prepare variations for ongoing projects.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical or Electrical Bsc. university degree in Engineering Is a must.
- MEP experience is required.
- Landscape exp. is preferred.
- Has a wide vendor list for suppliers & S/Cs and has Good negotiation Skills.
- Will be suitable for teamwork.
