Job Description
- Translates the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.
- Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.
- Understand eCommerce clients' business goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to better determine their requirements and identify potential new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Measure and improve customer experience and satisfaction and recommend and follow up on continuous improvement action plans
- Reporting on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, growth...etc.
- Set performance objectives, provide the necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance
Job Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce platforms is a must.
- Previous Experience in launching e-commerce is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Hands-On experience with sales techniques.
