Job Description
A food and beverage sales manager with experience is required ;
Dealing with merchants, distributors, supermarket chains and cafes.
Manage the sales team in a successful way to achieve objectives and goals.
Writing reports on revenues and submitting them to the senior management department
Supervision on sales staff.
Building and forming good relationships with customers and understanding their strategies.
Directing the sales department , assign tasks and organize the team work.
Increasing the percentage of profits in the company developing and supervising marketing plans .
Must own a car.
Job Requirements
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
