Job Description
- Lead the Production team and washing line/Upgrading line
- Taking responsibility of receiving area processes and sorting raw materials
- Audit and plan daily work then analyze the results and compare actual results with the planned results to fulfill the performance gab
- Collect, analyze, summarize and present production and process data, information and trends to management.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to production processes, products and machines
- Collaborate with quality department to identify and implement ongoing quality improvements and attend daily/weekly meeting, collect, analyze, summarize and present production and process data, information and trends to management.
- Coordinate with purchasing department and warehouse department to deliver required tools for the production line.
- Compare actual results with the planned results to fulfill the performance gab
- Maintain knowledge and technical expertise of current production best practices tools and techniques and implement them in a reasonable and responsible manner to minimize overall production costs while maximizing productivity.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, Plastics is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing.
- Good Plastic Knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
