Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the daily production plan, as well as monitor/review daily production results by lines/jobs.
  • Maintain workflow by monitor steps of the process, set processing variables, report results of the processing flow on shift production summaries, observe control points and equipment, facilitate corrections to malfunctions within process control points, and provide insights on cost reduction.
  • Schedule/assign hourly personnel to achieve production plan, monitor progress and revise schedules (if required), manage other assigned supervisory personnel ensuring maximum capacity.
  • Develop and supervise crews on shift while provide leadership to employees and direct production and related activities on a shift.
  • Provide performance management counselling and/or progressive discipline in a timely fashion (as required)
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensuring continued compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety, Company Safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Control Point (HACCP),requirements and all quality control and food safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other technical or production-related task, as the circumstances require.
  • Monitor key performance metrics in the areas of customer service and cost.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with senior management, Customer Service team, Operation Manager and team, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
  • Communicate with other departments as required to ensure proactive resolution of requests/issue.
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
  • Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
  • Set daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate them to employees
  • Check production output according to specifications.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of any training for the production team to increase the overall team productivity,
  • Review labors requirements, and work with the HR team to hire temporary team members as required.
  • Ensure all health and safety, food safety, and quality standards are followed by the entire production team.

Job Requirements

  • 5 Years of experience in the similar role.
  • Bachelor Degree ((Food Science/Food Production).
  • Exp.(5/7) Years on the Food & Beverage / Food Production Industry.
  • Bakery and Pastry Experience is a Must.
  • Organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
