Job Description
- Responsible for handling production issues that disrupts the production process, reporting them to Production / Printing section Head.
- Implementing predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
- Monitoring the release of raw materials from warehouses.
- Monitoring waste rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste.
- Ensure waste rates not to exceed the agreed in BOM
- Monitor & control raw materials usage rates to be consistent with the BOM.
- Responsible for achieving 100 % of the pre-determined. production plan allocated for each shift.
- Responsible for activate the production and quality plan of printing department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in applied art or Akhbar El Youm Academy
- Experiences of at least 2 years in the printing field
- Familiar with printing machines ( 8 colors - 10 colors )
- Communication skills
- Good command of the English language
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a team
