IT Specialist

Responsible for installing and maintaining company hardware and software systems to reach the most efficient functionality.

Key Accountabilities:

• Handle network setup, configuration, security, and maintenance.
• Manage and troubleshoot SOPHOS firewall.
• Check Access points’ signal and security cameras.
• Handle technical requirements related to our SAAS tools (G suite, Pingboard, workplace, etc....) as well as create and delete users.
• Support in different systems/tools used by different teams internally (example: Elastix server).
• Handle company devices (laptops, mobiles, servers routers,....) setup and maintenance as well as communicating with different suppliers for buying, replacing, or fixing devices.
• Own the company stock of tools and devices for newcomers and provide tools if needed.
• Do other job-related tasks as required.
