Job Description

Job Purpose:

To help the company meet its customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative, in addition to Maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team on a monthly basis.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Set objectives, coach and monitor performance of Sales Account Managers and provide them with feedback.(Through monthly one on one meetings) 
  • Evaluate the quality of leads and the required adjusting to target a more related audience and report to the Marketing Team.
  • Participate in Recruiting, hiring, and training sales teams.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
  • Responsible for the ongoing training of your Sales Account Managers.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Personally help to close large sales deals, and relations with promising partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales (Gulf region is a plus).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Experience setting sales goals.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
