Job Description
We are hiring a Regional medical concierge Supervisor "Service for consulting and guiding patient about their medical complaints and hospital services through phone"
Main responsibilities:
- Help the manager in designing the work schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand.
- Helps in preparing the call scripts and making sure its implement
- Mentor agents with script modifications
- Review the performance of each Agent at the departmental objectives discussion appraisal
- Coach, motivate and evaluate the agents.
