Job Description

  • Organize meetings, appointments, missions, travel, accommodation arrangements, and Company events.
    Provide accuracy check on basic data and documents requiring CEO’s approval/signature.
    Organize the Company events.
    Organize the Manager Calendar.
  • Type all correspondence including letters, memos, and reports some of which are of a confidential nature, and translate them when necessary.
    Organize an effective filing system to keep a record of all external correspondence and administrative files and documents for ease of reference and efficient retrieval.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence
    Preparing presentations.
    Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual reports and all other requested
  • Attending Meetings with Senior Management and taking the necessary minutes.
  • Organize the meeting plans for all committees set by the MD with each committee head, make sure all committees meet as per the organized calendar & that the committee heads provide their signed MoM immediately after their meetings.
    Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
    Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operations of the office
    Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any field.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic Language.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge and professional in using Google Docs
  • Executive Management
