Job Description
- Assessing the efficiency of the current recruitment channels and searching for new ones in order to secure a pipeline of quality candidates for key positions.
- Assessing applicants through phone interviews.
- Setting interview appointments with qualified applicants.
- Conducting face to face interviews and qualifying the shortlisted candidates.
- Building a strong relationship with universities’ career centers, student unions, etc.
- Using different resources to build a pool of candidates through:
- Direct contact and follow up with recruitment agencies;
- Searching for new employment fairs;
- Posting vacancies on online recruitment dashboards and other channels.
- Direct contact with universities’ career centers.
- Prospecting potential candidates using different databases.
- Developing a strong and organized archiving system for CVs to generate database for all positions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience in marketing and social media is strongly preferred.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent and proactive personality.
