Job Description

  • Assessing the efficiency of the current recruitment channels and searching for new ones in order to secure a pipeline of quality candidates for key positions.
  • Assessing applicants through phone interviews.
  • Setting interview appointments with qualified applicants.
  • Conducting face to face interviews and qualifying the shortlisted candidates.
  • Building a strong relationship with universities’ career centers, student unions, etc.
  • Using different resources to build a pool of candidates through:
  • Direct contact and follow up with recruitment agencies;
  • Searching for new employment fairs;
  • Posting vacancies on online recruitment dashboards and other channels.
  • Direct contact with universities’ career centers.
  • Prospecting potential candidates using different databases.
  • Developing a strong and organized archiving system for CVs to generate database for all positions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in marketing and social media is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent and proactive personality.
