Child Case Manager

We are looking for a compassionate Child Case Manager to help children in at-risk communities that we have a presence in by assisting the kids that are affected by issues such as neglect, child abuse, domestic violence and parental substance abuse, and give them a chance for a better living in our loving home

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing support and training for the team of Caseworkers.
• Coaching Caseworkers through complicated cases.
• Development plan for the team.
• Creating department budget yearly.
• Planning the department goals accordingly with the Littlest lamb vision.
• Monthly report to the board of members about the process of development on field.
• Interviewing new candidates for the Caseworker position.
• Assessing cases and compiling case reports containing relevant information of the team.
• Ensuring that case reports are kept up to date.
• Providing support, guidance and counsel to families if it’s needed.
• Making referrals or introductions to other agencies.
• Monitoring visits between at-risk or abandoned children and family members.
• Privacy of the child history is a must.
• Reporting to General Manager.
