- The purpose of this position is to answer customer calls and E-mails.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting (if a customer complaint) and/or provide information and guidance (if a general customer inquiry) in order to resolve customer issues/inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Financial/Accounting background is a plus.
- Fluency in German is a must.
- Good level of English.
- Flexibility to work on rotational shifts basis (Maximum at 12:00 am).
- 0-5 years of experience.
- Gender: M/F.
- Good communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
