- We are hiring a “ Operation Agent Representative ” to manage customer queries and complaints, You will also be asked to process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels “ Outbound calls & Web Chat ” .
- Increase the level of customer satisfaction which is the company's first priority.
- Receiving the couriers/customers issues through our support channel: Web chat “ Intercom ” then solving them.
- Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue related to the orders.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Job Requirements
- Experience in this field “ At least 1 Year ”.
- Bachelor's Degree, and undergraduate welcome to apply.
- Ready to start immediately.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Very Good to use Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multi-task, organize.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Maximum Age : 26 Year.
