Job Description
- Assist in performing all necessary tasks for the General Accounts Department to maintain the health of the company's accounts.
- Follow accounting directives and prepare financial reports and monthly statements.
- Cash checks and receivables from suppliers and receipt of payment receipts.
- Prepare accounting and banking settlements and monthly closing reports.
- Document all financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records and review them periodically.
- Record, disburse and settle employees’ covenant.
- Apply the accounting system established by the company and adhere to it.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, business administration or related field.
- 1-3 year’s solid experience.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office programs and other accounting programs.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all departmental managers.
- The ability to organize, focus and work under pressure.
- Very Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very Good command of English language.
