Job Description
- Issue – Reissue – Change - Refund airline tickets.
- Confirm and modify flight reservations.
- Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.
- Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers.
Job Requirements
- Experience not less than 3-5 years.
- GDS Amadeus ( Basic & Advanced ) Experience is Must
- Qualified in Flight Ticketing International Systems “Sales & Booking “.
- Excellent Public Relations and Customers Communication Data Base.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent experience & knowledge in Computer “Office Pack. & Internet & Social Media”
- Very Good Leader Ship Talents, Re presentable Attitude with Smart Communication skills.
