Job Description
- Create and update schedules
- Develop newly hired instructors to enhance their performance
- Monitor the instructors during class visits to maintain any technical issues
- Follow up on different instructors' responsibilities
- Make monthly appraisals and deliver their feedback to each instructor
- Provide covering plans in case of vacations and violations
- Help instructors with curriculum preparation and provide them with new ideas
- Cover classes when needed
Job Requirements
- BA in a related college is a must. (Education, Arts, Al-sun, etc.
- Teaching experience minimum 1 year
- English fluency is a must
- A certificate in teaching(TEFL-CELTA-TESOL) is a must
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Flexibility and commitment are required
