Job Description
· Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications
· Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization
· Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
· Automation testing/ Performance testing.
· Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
· Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization
· Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes
· Manages testing efforts across many varied projects and tasks under tight deadlines
· Mentors and provides training assistance to Associate QA Engineers
Job Requirements
· Automation Testing Experience
· Load Testing Experience
· Stress Testing Experience
· Knowledge in SQL database and restful API's
· Knowledge about Quality Assurance Concepts Testing.
· Knowledge about Testing Strategies, Test Planning, and Testing Automation Tools.
· Knowledge about Defect Tracking Systems, Configuration Management, and Code Profiling Tools.
· Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share your
· Familiar with software development according to Scrum process framework.
· Knowledge of working with development teams and defect tracking tools. (Like Jira, MS TFS, etc.).
· Knowledge of both source control tools (i.e. Git, GitHub, etc.) and CI/CD tools.
· Write, maintain and execute product test/quality plans.
· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
· Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
· Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
· Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
· Prioritize and plan testing activities
· Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
· Perform regression testing
