Job Description
- Manage and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, maintenance and so on
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including House Keeping, maintenance, grounds and security
- Ensuring & Implement that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Allocating and managing teams’ schedules between buildings & supervise the multitasking overlap that might occurred.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing
- Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
- Monitor & Supervise “hard facilities management services” includes anything to do with the physical building, or “soft facilities management services”. That is more people-related.
- Liaise with internal employees, contractors to plan work schedules in carrying site work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, or relevant discipline
- Preferably with +5 years
- Experience in oversee and follow thru project with good leadership
- Strong knowledge in building design software (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with personnel of all levels
- Positive attitude, good team player with flexible thinking
- At Least 3 years’ experience in facility Management
