Job Description
Role Purpose: To ensure the smooth execution of all Human Resources operations activities with a focus on payroll administration, while helping in safeguarding the company against legal liability as per the relevant employment laws.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the timely and accurate execution of the monthly payroll across all company entities (Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, & Pakistan).
- Manage the administration of the medical & life insurance, enrolling new staff timely, deleting resigned staff, reviewing the invoices, and following up on claim re-imbursements.
- Advise and inform employees of changes and developments related to benefits including eligibility, coverage, and provisions.
- Assists in the evaluation of the benefits service providers and renewing their contracts annually.
- Conduct periodic audits of human resource personnel activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the payroll & personnel functions reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a full-fledged database for all employee details including but not limited to personal information, position, and compensation.
- Maintain complete employee files including the hiring documents, contract, social insurance form.
- Manage the relationship with our social insurance and labour office consultant in Egypt, ensuring timely compliance with all requirements.
- Track all types of leave for all employees and make sure it’s properly documented.
- Manage the relationship with the Company bank in terms of opening accounts for new staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
- Post-graduate HRM / Personnel Diploma is preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience with 1 year in a similar position.
- ERP or HR system User is a major plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Egypt’s Labour Law, Social Insurance law, and Salary Tax law is a must, and knowledge of UAE & Saudi Arabia laws is a major plus.
