Job Description
- Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy
- Produce and update job specifications and descriptions
- Arrange recruitment materials
- Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications
- Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience
- Follow up with successful candidates and update the company’s internal records
- Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or another related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Senior Recruitment Specialist with a track record of employee placement.
- Pharmaceutical background is a MUST
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
