Job Description
- Cash handling functions for the company and reconciles all cash dropped at the front disk.
- Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report any variance to the concerned department's heads.
- Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
- Assist the financial controller with systems administration, general ledger account reconciliation, budget preparation, inventory, monthly closings full Profit and Loss responsibility.
- Assist financial controller with completing the year-end and audit the process.
- Perform follow-up billing and credit collection documentation and inform the Controller of any potential uncollected accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare wire transfer confirmations for reimbursable invoices.
- Ensure correct taxation is applied on all billing software like the point of sale (POS) and SPA software.
- Maintains Accounting database by entering data into Account program or software.
- Assist with reimbursable invoices.
- Maintain vendor's permanent files and certificates of insurance.
- Maintains contracts for vendors.
- Process payroll and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and orders as needed.
- Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the financial controller.
Job Requirements
- Experience in an Advertising Agency is preferred.
- Preferred be a resident in New Cairo area or else near.
- From 2-4 years Experience.
- Must be a Bachelor of Commerce.
- Excellent English and Arabic (written & spoken)
- Professional appearance and personal.
- Polished communications skill both verbal and written.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Accurate reporting skills.
- A positive attitude.
- Must be able to handle pressure well.
- Flexibility in working hours
