Job Description
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to achieve sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Provide feedback on market needs and product enhancements
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer needs are met
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products
- Work with the implementation team to ensure successful onboarding of new customers
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the software product, its features, and its benefits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- 3 years of sales experience, preferred to be in the software industry or any relevant field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of ERP systems and software solutions is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Experience in consultative selling is preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during/after the implementation process
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are met
- Document all processes, system changes, and project activities in detail
