Job Description
1- Generate new sales leads.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Make cold-calling, follow up on leads, advertising and business presentations to investor clubs and other interested groups, telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers to discuss their requirements.
- Develop & maintain successful business Leads and relationships with all prospects.
2- Selling, Negotiating and Closing
- Manage the sales process for properties and services, from initial contact all the way through to closure.
- Determine the client’s needs and financial capabilities to propose solutions that fit them.
- Display and market the products (villas for sale & rental) and services (club) to possible buyers.
- Organize on-site sales visits with the customers and explain the products and services’ different features.
- Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts with customers to complete the sales process.
- Achieve sales targets & objectives
3- Advertising and Promotion
- Attend and represent developer in trade shows, exhibitions, conventions, conferences and meetings.
- Promote sales through advertising on real estate services sites and other internet and social media channels.
4- Build and Maintain Customer Relations
- Cultivate solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of leads and sales revenue.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending service improvements.
- Follow up customers via CRM or direct contact via telephone or e-mail.
- Follow up on Call Center customer calls and Social Media customers' inquiries.
- Ensure that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
5- Reporting
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the GM
- Maintain accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employees’ performance evaluations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic is a must.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and internet & social media browsing.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
- Target Oriented and Self-motivated
- Presentable
- Minimum required experience 7 years with proven sales record in upscale, high unit value real estate developments within New Cairo.
- Must have full knowledge of all areas and developments in New Cairo.
