Job Description
- Get new leads and convert them to loyal customers through fast sales funnel.
- Follow up customer needs
- Helping the client and assimilating his needs in order to help him get what he is looking for
- Explain and display products to customers
- Continuous follow-up in learning the characteristics and features of the offered products and making them clear to the customer
- Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy.
- Keep up to date on new products and services.
- Send shipping policies to customers and invoice to confirm the order
- Preparing the application completely and packaging it
- Create the invoice and ensure that the customer’s data are correct, attach a copy to the request, and the second copy is kept in the exhibition’s records
- Ensure the quality of packaging and examine the product to ensure the colors or the number of pieces
- Writing notes on the invoice (parcel replacement parcel - dates of receipt - free of charge - free shipping), if any
- Achieving the required sales target
