Job Description

1) Selection and Staffing

  • Manage all recruitment support administrations (Prepares and updates database with C.Vs, Open new recruitment channels, Participate in employment fairs, and conducting Interviews).
  • Manage the new joiner process from offer letter, onboarding & Contribute in HR Orientation

2) Manpower Planning and Career Development

  • Contribute to Manpower forecasting on yearly basis, or if any adjustment through the year.
  • Prepare manpower Reports weekly to manage and maintain the planed one and take the necessary action if any (Replacement or Retention)

3) Administration

  • Manage the probationary period's Appraisals
  • Enter data into the HR system so that accurate records are maintained.
  • Receiving Initial personnel filing Documents.
  • Finalize all approvals regarding change of status for employees (transfers, Promotion...), and Inform payroll department in case of any changes (salaries, contract type …)
  • Conduct exit interviews with entry and mid-level, Receive resignations, and notify the Human Resource Department
  • Finalize resignation & termination sheet for my partner departments.


4) Organization Development

  • Recommend training and development activities, with defining the needed budget to implement the plan and ensure is effectively spent.
  • Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
  • Analyzing talent assessment and development, providing coaching sessions if needed, and create succession planning and Talent Inventory.
  • Create competency models.
  • Diagnose potential organizational problem areas

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR
  • Training: HR Certificate
