Job Summary:
As an Animation and Motion Graphics Designer in our Creative Team, you will be responsible for bringing visual storytelling to life through dynamic animations and engaging motion graphics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our digital content, marketing materials, and other creative projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in animation software, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualization and Storyboarding:
* Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and objectives.
* Develop concepts and storyboards for animations and motion graphics projects.
Animation Production:
* Create high-quality animations and motion graphics for various platforms and purposes.
* Utilize animation software and tools to bring static concepts to life with fluid movement.
Visual Effects:
* Integrate visual effects seamlessly into animations for enhanced storytelling.
* Experiment with and implement innovative visual effects techniques.
Feedback and Iteration:
* Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine animations.
* Iterate on designs based on creative direction and project requirements.
Technical Proficiency:
* Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in animation and motion graphics.
* Maintain proficiency in animation software and tools.
Job Requirements
* Familiarity with video editing software for seamless integration of animations.
* Knowledge of sound design principles for enhancing animation projects.
* Understanding of various animation styles and techniques.
* Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred graduate from Applied arts.
* Proven experience as an Animation and Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio.
* Proficient in animation software such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools.
* Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.
* Creative thinking with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling animations.
