Job Description
Follow up the implementation of all production processes inside the factory, distribute labor, solve production problems, and present them to the production manager.
- Executing the daily and monthly production plan set by the production manager.
- Follow up on the implementation of the daily washing and cleaning program for the production lines.
Follow up on compliance with health requirements inside the factory. - Recording daily production data in the daily production books. Indoctrination of all new employees with the policy of quality, safe food and safety, and the tasks of their jobs.
- Educating staff on the importance of meeting customer requirements and the policy of quality and safe food.
- Solve production problems inside the factory.
- Submit proposals for continuous development and improvement in production processes, follow up on critical control points (CCP), OPRP points, and PRP points.
- Penalize every person who violates the instructions of health conditions and the requirements of the food safety system in accordance with the company's sanctions list.
- Implement corrective or preventive actions as a result of periodic system reviews.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Agriculture.
Experiences:
Experience of not less than 5 years, including at least one year in a similar job position (external experience).
