Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving ability
(2-5) years Previous working experience as a product owner/business analyst.
BA in computer science, information systems, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to find the right balance between efficient delivery and the appropriate level of process
Strong facilitation skills, knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, and conflict resolution
The high degree of professionalism and integrity
Demonstrated accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work
Ability to work well within a team, and independently, and able to adjust to tight and changing deadlines
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for employee training and development
