Job Description
- Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Defining product features according to customer needs.
- Leading the development process.
- Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Ability to write SRS and good user stories is a Must
- Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
- Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
- Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
- Identifying areas of improvement.
- Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
- Ensure backlog grooming takes place on a regular cadence
Job Requirements
- Critical thinker with strong attention to details.
- Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving ability
- (2-5) years Previous working experience as a product owner/business analyst.
- BA in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to find the right balance between efficient delivery and the appropriate level of process
- Strong facilitation skills, knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, and conflict resolution
- The high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrated accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work
- Ability to work well within a team, and independently, and able to adjust to tight and changing deadlines
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for employee training and development
