Job brief:

  • ProCrew is a partner of LamasaTech (UK), an award-winning B2B technology provider, Diyafa-group (KSA), and a partner of Ocucon (UK),  becoming the largest provider of video analytics services. We believe that success is based on outstanding service, delivered consistently by enthusiastic and visionary people.
  • We are searching for committed, deadline-driven sales to join our excellent sales team. The sales will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.
  • Duties & responsibilities
  • You will work as Sales Director for LamasaTech’s Egypt office. LamasaTech provides a variety of technology solutions to a  wide range of industries and markets, including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, schools and heritage.
  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
  • You will be responsible for creating sales plans and justifying those plans to senior management. You will also deal with major customers directly such as partner and reseller accounts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Increasing sales of the Company’s products.
  • Servicing the needs of our existing customers.
  • Handling customer escalations where manager intervention is required.
  • Designing and implementing sales strategies that expand the Company's customer base and ensure its market presence.
  • Monitoring the sales team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets through individualized coaching and mentoring.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Handling major customer accounts, such as partners or resellers
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Attending Company meetings and presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and presenting realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Responsible for client negotiations pertaining to all commercial and contractual matters and tender bid submitting, negotiations and reviews.
  • Responsible for creating and collecting relevant documentation for projects and preparing periodic monitoring reports.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Should have +4 years experience in Online/Tele outbound sales and currently be working in a B2B Managerial position.
  • Fluent English (advanced command of both written and verbal English)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales whilst adhering to Company processes and guidelines
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and time-management skills.
  • Having experience in Sales with Saas  Applications is a plus.
