Job Description
- Communicate with the responsible employee in the event that his visitors or clients arrive.
- Answer phone calls or e-mails.
- Keeping records of clients or visitors in terms of (name, phone, email, if any, the date of the visit, and the reason for the visit).
- Preparing and sending visitors' reports to the line manager.
- Helping with the recruitment process by "communicating with the job applicants to send their CV and schedule an interview with them"
- Coordination with the Human Resources Department to conduct the Interview for the required jobs.
- Coordination in the event of internal training in the company, equipping the training room, and ensuring and arranging the methods used in training.
Job Requirements
- High Degree
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- The skill of organization.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Preferably a resident of Mokattam.
