Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist for the company.
Conduct the following:
- Recruitment. (Preliminary interviews by selection, calls, face to face, head hunting etc.)
- Create and update employee folders.
- Follow-up the system on time attendance (monthly report via system printout).
- Fill out Pension and employment insurance documentation for all company staff. (تأمينات)
- General secretarial duties and support of company administration department.
- Follow-up employee issues (if any). Hiring, problems, firing etc.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English and Arabic both written and oral.
- Social, Fair and good personality yet firm and follows their job routine with utmost professionalism.
