Design Development and Production Architects
Role Description
As a design development and production architect, you are expected to be aware of the technical parameters related to the design process. You will be part of the architectural team and you will support, lead and coordinate the design stages through all phases to ensure the delivery of the project requirements to a high standard and quality measures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable university
- 7-10 years of working experience
- Familiar with all phases of design and construction
- Proven Track record of experience in Design and Technical Design Development of projects
- Hospital buildings Experience is a MUST.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, guidelines, and regulations
- Knowledge of relevant details and material specifications
- Revit Experience is a MUST
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency of English language (written/ verbal)
- Detail-oriented individual
- Take charge individually with strong leadership skills
