Job Description
- Create weekly/monthly and quarterly social media platform plans based on marketing strategy.
- Creative social media platform content regarding marketing plan.
- Develop, implement, and manage multiple social media platforms.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging, and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Remove, manage, and report any inappropriate problems.
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Manage the relationship with our Affiliate Marketing partners.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services.
- Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LINKED IN.
- Implement best practices for copy, creative, and audience targeting with oversight from the Director of Paid Strategy.
- Collecting and evaluating customer feedback data.
- Evaluating competitor’s Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them
Job Requirements

- Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Video Content Creation/editing
- Experience in digital marketing is a must
- Bachelor’s degree / or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Marketing or any relevant field.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, P interest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
- In-depth knowledge/experience of SEO, SEA, remarketing, social media, web analytics, web traffic metrics, and reporting.
