Job Description
- Contribute to the development of a Hiring Plan for different brands to fulfil budgeted manpower requirements
- Interact with business units and line managers to assess hiring requirements and provide solutions to attract and source quality candidates.
- Plan and conduct open days to identify suitable candidates for the business.
- Ensure right referencing is completed before selecting the final candidate.
- Provide selected candidates with the necessary support during the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth induction into the company.
- Reports status of Talent Acquisition activities.
- Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
- Maintain regular and accurate metrics to assess talent acquisition process and performance.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Job Requirements
- University graduate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
